What you’ll drive and own

• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance through updated standards, procedures, and documentation
• Lead Management Review processes across sites and prepare monthly quality performance reports
• Analyse claims and quality trends, initiating corrective actions proactively
• Facilitate root cause analyses and drive CAPA activities
• Strengthen change management practices and support process alignment
• Act as the main contact for certification bodies and coordinate external audits
• Train colleagues in quality tools and foster a strong quality mindset across the organization
• Collaborate closely with production, engineering, supply chain, and support functions across countries.

• You are structured, analytical, and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels. You enjoy turning data into direction and helping teams succeed through clarity, coaching, and collaboration.
• You could be a strong fit if you have:
• Experience with quality management in manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of QMS, continuous improvement, and root cause methodologies
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to train, influence, and support teams across functions
• A proactive, structured, and results‑oriented mindset
• Fluency in Danish and English.
• A background in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field is an advantage.
