Are you a strategic and analytical thinker with a passion for driving customer loyalty? Salling Group is seeking a Loyalty and Project Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our loyalty programs across Denmark’s leading retail brands, including føtex plus, Bilka Plus, Netto+, ClubSalling, and Carl’s Jr.
About the role
You will be at the forefront of our loyalty initiatives, leveraging a data-driven approach to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to transform our loyalty programs and elevate them to the next level. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading strategic projects from planning through execution and follow-up.
- Acting as a loyalty explorer by staying ahead of industry trends and defining both short- and long-term strategies to strengthen customer loyalty across all brands.
- Challenging the status quo with healthy skepticism, ensuring alignment with Salling Group’s goals while maintaining a constant focus on customers and the “why” behind every initiative.
- Developing business cases to provide a strong financial and strategic foundation for decision-making.
- Conducting in-depth data analysis and KPI reporting, delivering actionable recommendations to the business.
- Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for management and relevant stakeholders.
- Supporting leadership processes with relevant analyses and presentations for business reviews, management meetings, and workshops.
You’ll work closely with marketing, digital and analytics teams to turn insights into loyalty concepts across brands.
Who we’re looking for
We are looking for a proactive and structured individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. You have a proven ability to analyze complex data and communicate your findings clearly. You are also skilled at building relationships and collaborating across departments.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A relevant master’s degree in economics, marketing, finance, or a related field.
- A strong interest in data, digital trends, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English.
- Experience in loyalty, management consulting, or business/digital development is a plus.
- Experience from a large organization is also an advantage.
