At HYPEDROP, we're reinventing fashion through AI, 3D and digital product creation. We launch new fashion drops every week, and speed is at the core of everything we do. To make that possible, we're looking for a skilled 3D Product Developer who's passionate about execution, quality and continuous improvement.

This is not a traditional development role. It's a role for someone who thrives on driving execution in a fast-moving digital product creation team.

YOUR TEAM

You'll join HYPEDROP, a digital-first fashion brand built within BESTSELLER but driven by a startup mentality. We combine fashion, AI, data and 3D technology to create a faster and smarter way of developing, presenting and selling fashion.

You'll become part of a small team of specialists who work closely together across creative, product development and technology. Every weekly drop is the result of strong collaboration, open dialogue and a shared ambition to continuously improve how we work. You'll collaborate closely with the Creative Lead, Creative Technologist, Buyer and 3D Pattern Designer, while maintaining close relationships with our international suppliers throughout the product development process.

YOUR ROLE

As our 3D Product Developer, you'll turn creative ideas into high-quality digital products. Working primarily in CLO3D, you'll create, refine and optimise 3D garments using master patterns or supplier-created assets, ensuring every product is accurate, consistent and ready for content creation and sales.

Beyond the 3D work, you'll play a key role in the operational product development process. You'll coordinate style development from concept to launch by managing technical documentation, driving supplier communication and following up on approvals, corrections and deadlines to keep our weekly drops moving efficiently.

Your responsibilities include:

• Create, refine and quality assure 3D garments in CLO3D, ensuring they meet HYPEDROP's standards for fit, construction, fabrics, trims and details
• Manage style requests, style sheets and technical documentation while driving day-to-day communication with international suppliers
• Coordinate the digitalisation of fabrics and trims, ensuring all assets are accurate, approved and delivered on time
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Lead, Creative Technologist, Buyer and 3D Pattern Designer to ensure efficient development and on-time delivery
• Ensure every 3D garment accurately reflects the physical product and e-commerce imagery through continuous quality control
• Help improve workflows, tools and processes to increase speed, quality and scalability across product development

YOUR PROFILE

You're educated within fashion design, garment construction or a related field and enjoy turning ideas into high-quality 3D garments. With a background in apparel and design, you combine a strong eye for quality and detail with a passion for digital product development. You enjoy working in CLO3D, where refining garments and perfecting every detail is what motivates you.

• Have strong skills and extensive experience working in CLO3D
• Have a solid understanding of garment construction, materials, fit and product development
• Are flexible and able to prioritise effectively while maintaining a high level of quality
• Take initiative, work independently and communicate proactively
