We’re building a consumer product with global ambitions, and user growth is one of the company’s biggest priorities.

The role

We already have creators, ambassadors and people our target audience can relate to.

We’re looking for someone who can help us take our content creation to the next level.

You’ll work closely with our founders, designer, content lead, creators and ambassadors to develop a constant stream of ideas for TikTok and Instagram, organise and produce content, and help us figure out what actually drives growth.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll help plan, film, and edit content, and while you won’t be expected to be the face of Kora, you shouldn’t be afraid to step in front of the camera when it improves the content.

We’re looking for someone who’s creative, proactive and excited to experiment. Someone who enjoys testing new ideas, learning from the data and continuously improving what we create.

This isn’t a role where you’ll manage agencies or spend weeks writing strategies.

It’s about making great content, measuring what works and helping Kora reach its first 50,000 users.

What we offer

The role will initially be part-time (approximately 10-20 hours per week), with the ambition of growing into a full-time position as Kora scales.

As an early-stage startup, we’re not able to offer a salary initially. Instead, we offer a meaningful warrant package, giving you the opportunity to share in the value you help create.

You’ll join an experienced founding team, work closely with talented creators, designers and entrepreneurs, and play a key role in building Kora’s brand and community from the very beginning.
