Are you ready to lead and develop NNIT’s global marketing efforts in close collaboration with Communications and Commercial Excellence?
We are looking for a Head of Marketing to join our leadership team and take responsibility for a highly skilled and ambitious marketing function that supports NNIT’s strategic ambitions and commercial growth.
As the Head of Marketing, you will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Communications, Marketing and Commercial Excellence and work closely with the Director of Commercial Excellence as well as colleagues across the organization. You will lead a dedicated team of marketing professionals responsible for driving NNIT’s global brand positioning and marketing activities.
The role is based in the NNIT Head Office (Copenhagen – Islands Brygge) and requires fluency in both Danish and English.
Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading NNIT’s global marketing agenda while also contributing hands on to execution and delivery across activities and campaigns.
- Lead, develop, and inspire NNIT’s global marketing team
- Drive and execute the overall marketing strategy in alignment with NNIT’s business priorities
- Strengthen NNIT’s market presence, brand positioning, and customer engagement activities
- Support commercial growth through targeted marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Contribute actively to both strategic planning and operational execution
- Secure effective prioritization and delivery across marketing activities and projects
- Drive performance and continuous development within the marketing function
- Ensure strong collaboration across Marketing, Communications, and Commercial Excellence
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across the organization
Your qualifications
We imagine that you are an experienced marketing leader with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution.
- Solid experience from a senior marketing leadership role
- Deep understanding of branding, demand generation, and commercial communication
- Confident using AI tools to amplify marketing functions
- Strong people leadership skills and experience leading skilled specialists
- Experience working with global marketing activities in a complex organization
- The ability to navigate across both strategic and operational tasks
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, including strong communication skills in both Danish and English
- A structured and proactive approach to your work
- The ability to create momentum and engagement across teams and stakeholders
