Program Manager

Dignity Advocates is an association dedicated to promoting mental health awareness, policy advocacy, and human rights protection. We work to support vulnerable communities, influence policy, and drive systemic change in Denmark and Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• ✅ Develop and oversee programs that support human rights and mental health initiatives
• ✅ Lead project planning, implementation, and evaluation
• ✅ Coordinate advocacy efforts and community engagement
• ✅ Supervise a team of passionate volunteers

Qualifications

• 🔹 Experience in program management (preferably in NGOs or social impact sectors)
• 🔹 Knowledge of human rights frameworks and mental health policies
• 🔹 Good leadership, communication, and fundraising skills
• 🔹 Ability to work with diverse stakeholders
