Roberta’s Society is a hotel concept in Aarhus that combines accommodation, community, and culture in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. We have now been open for one year and continue to grow as a vibrant social hub for both travellers and locals.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and service-minded Lobby Bar Host to join our international team.

Employment Type

Part-time – 2/3 shifts per week (each shift is 7.5 hours)

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Lobby Bar Host who is passionate about creating great guest experiences and delivering excellent service. This role combines responsibilities in both the reception and the lobby bar where you will become part of a small, flexible, and international team.

Previous experience as a bartender and/or receptionist is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting guests in both the lobby and bar


• Handling check-ins, check-outs, and general reception duties


• Managing bookings and responding to guest enquiries


• Working day and evening shifts as required

About You

• You are friendly, service-oriented, and enjoy interacting with guests


• You are flexible, reliable, and a strong team player


• You are able to work independently


• You are fluent in English; Danish is an advantage but not required


• Previous experience in the hotel reception, bar, or hospitality industry is a plus
