Your responsibilities
- Leading monthly business performance reviews and providing insights into financial and operational performance, trends, risks and opportunities.
- Acting as a trusted finance business partner to designated business functions and stakeholders.
- Supporting the preparation and delivery of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities.
- Contributing to long-term financial planning and strategic target-setting processes.
- Monitoring business performance against budget and forecast and explaining key variances.
- Reviewing and challenging profitability analyses across customers, products, channels and business segments.
- Preparing, reviewing and validating business cases, financial models and scenario analyses.
- Supporting management reporting and KPI follow-up with clear and actionable insights.
- Driving continuous improvements, automation and simplification of planning, reporting and analytical processes.
- Supporting strategic initiatives, projects and ad hoc analyses across the organization.
Who are you?
You are curious, analytical and eager to understand what drives business performance. You enjoy working closely with stakeholders and are comfortable challenging assumptions and translating complex data into meaningful business insights.
We imagine that you:
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
- Have 3+ years of experience within FP&A, Business Controlling, Financial Analysis or a similar role.
- Have experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial performance management.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Are confident engaging with stakeholders and supporting decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
- Thrive in environments where you need to create structure and build understanding from available information.
- Have advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial models and large datasets.
- Have a good understanding of Power BI and data models.
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement.
