SAP FICO/MM Consultant - Application & Solution Delivery

Your Role

As an SAP Application & Solution Consultant, you’ll work closely with customers to deliver high-quality SAP FICO/MM solutions that support financial process optimization and automation. You’ll be responsible for ensuring strong integration across modules and helping customers leverage SAP to its full potential.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and executing full-cycle own IP/ SAP add-ons implementations, including configuration, testing, and go-live support
• Designing and delivering process improvements related to own IP/ SAP add-ons across domains such as finance, logistics, sales, procurement and distribution
• Integrating SAP FICO/MM with own IP/ SAP add-on modules (e.g., SD, PS, HR)
• Managing functional configurations across GL, AP, AR, CO, AA, MM, and FM
• Advising on end-to-end processes such as P2P, O2C, and R2R, including month/year-end close, reporting, and reconciliations
• Collaborating with offshore and onshore teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Working directly with clients to understand requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure business alignment

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a consultant who combines SAP expertise with strong communication and a passion for problem-solving.

Ideally you’ll bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO and/or MM in a consulting, delivery, or support role
• Strong skills in SAP configuration and process design
• Experience with integration projects and cross-functional teamwork
• A solid understanding of financial and logistics processes
• Ideally you'll bring experience with project management methodology (SAP Activate)
• Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Experience in industries such as retail, manufacturing, or services are considered a plus.
