Client Care Specialist

At European Sperm Bank, we support individuals and couples on their fertility journey with expertise, care, and personalized guidance. We are currently looking for a Client Care Specialist fluent in German and English to join our international team in Copenhagen.

In this role, you will guide and support clients—many of whom are German-speaking—through one of the most important decisions of their lives. Through professional counselling and excellent service, you will help them choose their preferred sperm donor and navigate the practical aspects of their fertility treatment.

Job requirements

As a Client Care Specialist, you will support clients throughout their fertility journey and ensure they receive clear, professional, and empathetic guidance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising and guiding German-speaking and international clients in choosing the sperm donor that best fits their preferences and needs
• Supporting clients throughout their fertility journey with clear and compassionate communication
• Handling client orders, storage agreements, and related documentation
• Assisting with payments and administrative processes
• Communicating with clients via phone, email, and chat
• Coordinating with fertility clinics to ensure smooth treatment processes
• Collaborating with colleagues in our international sales and client care team in Copenhagen

Job responsibilities

We are looking for someone who thrives in an international, service-oriented environment and who enjoys helping people through meaningful and sometimes sensitive life decisions.

Your profile:

• Fluent German and English (spoken and written) – this is essential
• Experience in a client-facing role, ideally in hospitality, healthcare, customer service, or a similar industry
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing) and the ability to connect with people from different cultures and backgrounds
• A warm, empathetic, and professional approach when supporting clients
• A structured and detail-oriented way of working
• Ability to follow procedures and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
• Additional languages are considered an advantage
