Right now, we are searching for a LCA Coordinator for our office in Kastrup, Copenhagen, or Rudkøbing, Langeland, in Denmark.
We are looking for a person with an engineering or chemical background with knowledge in Life Cycle Assessment, who can support us in creating Environmental Product Declarations and improving our products’ environmental performance. You will be part of our Product Line Management team, reporting directly to our Expert for Technical Documentation and LCA, who is based in Kastrup, Copenhagen.
The position can be located either in Kastrup, Copenhagen, or Rudkøbing, Langeland, in Denmark, depending on your preference. Please note that this is a maternity cover position, starting as soon as possible and running until December 2026, with the possibility of extension until January 2027.
Areas of responsibility
You will be responsible for coordinating LCA projects and creating EPDs. You will be managing data collection, supporting the modelling, and finalising LCA reports and EPDs. Your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Research and collect data for LCA studies
- Create Life Cycle Assessment in line with ISO 14044 and EN15804
- Prepare documents for third-party validation
- Optimise current LCA models and data management systems
- Engage with project stakeholders, providing them with insights into LCA results
- Assist in the preparation of materials for internal communication on LCA to various audiences
About you
To succeed in the role, we imagine you bring the following:
- Experience using an LCA software (preferably Sphera LCA for Experts [f.k.a GaBi])
- Educated Scientist or Engineer within Environmental Science (university degree of minimum 3 years)
- Familiarity with the EPD system is an advantage
- Great IT skills, special flair for MS Excel and other MS Office applications

- Team player who enjoys working cross-functionally and with people with different educational backgrounds
- Effective communication skills that allow you to confidently create and present results or reports in English. Knowledge of French is an advantage, but not a requirement.
