About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive and expand our Microsoft Security Solutions business. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with partners and customers, and accelerating sales growth across the region.

While the main focus is on Microsoft Security, experience with other security vendors or solutions is equally valuable — we are seeking a sales professional with a genuine interest in cybersecurity and a passion for helping customers secure their digital environments.

In addition to sales execution, you will play a key role in strategic business development by advising customers through structured dialogue, helping them navigate the security landscape and make informed decisions based on your knowledge of the market and Microsoft’s security portfolio.

Your Profile

You are a proactive salesperson with strong technical interest and a good understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions. You enjoy building lasting relationships, working independently, and creating new business opportunities.

You are confident in leading strategic conversations with customers, translating market insights and product knowledge into actionable recommendations that support their security journey.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly structured, and always set ambitious goals for yourself. You value teamwork and enjoy collaborating with partners and colleagues across different regions.

Experience in selling security, cloud, or infrastructure solutions is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow the Microsoft Security Solutions business area.
  • Actively engage with partners and customers to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Drive strategic business development by facilitating advisory dialogues with customers, helping them understand the security landscape and align solutions with their long-term goals.
  • Translate insights from the security market and Microsoft’s product portfolio into actionable recommendations for customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide solution-oriented proposals.
  • Follow up on ongoing projects and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in sales campaigns, trainings, and partner events.
  • Adapt vendor messages and deliver them effectively to customers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and the Microsoft vendor to achieve common goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT sales, preferably in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or cloud.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and customer-centric mindset.
  • Good communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
  • Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft security technologies (such as Defender, Sentinel, or Entra) is a plus.
