Are you ready to take direct global responsibility for ERP, supply chain, and finance solutions in a leading pharmaceutical company with high digital ambitions and a strong appetite for innovation? Orifarm is seeking a visionary Department Manager to lead and transform our business-critical applications to enterprise level and inspire talented teams across Europe.

You will be a central figure in Orifarm’s global transformation program, launching in 2026, and your leadership will be instrumental in shaping, harmonizing, and delivering next-generation ERP solutions that support our group’s strategic ambitions and grow to solid enterprise level. At the same time, you and your team will be responsible for ensuring stable and reliable operations of our current ERP systems throughout the transition.

Orifarm operates in 13 countries all of which will be part of this major transformation journey. Your role will be pivotal in driving change while maintaining operational excellence for our business-critical platforms.

About the Role

As Department Manager, you will:

  • Hold direct global responsibility for enterprise scale ERP, supply chain, and finance solutions, driving excellence and innovation across all business units.
  • Lead and inspire a cross-functional department of internal and external professionals located in multiple European countries, all assigned to agile delivery teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, management, and be part of the IT Extended Management Team to deliver high-quality, fit-for-purpose digital solutions.
  • Empower teams to excel in agile practices, drive change, and continuously improve processes, systems, and people – with the ultimate goal of creating impressed, happy, and efficient users.
  • Be a key driver in Orifarm’s global transformation program, starting in 2026, shaping the future of our ERP, supply chain, and finance platforms. Keeping the core clean.

  • Delegating, empowering, and following up on progress and delivery.

  • Collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to align priorities and ensure successful deliveries.
  • Promoting standard software, maintaining a clean core, and deploying best practices.
  • Selecting and onboarding high-performing team members, building team spirit and engagement – both internal and external staff.
  • Ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and continuous training in a regulated environment.

You have:

  • 5+ years proven leadership in IT delivery teams – agile software delivery preferred.
  • Strong experience in delivering and implementing end-to-end SAP S/4HANA and/or large enterprise scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Strong skills in situational leadership, change management, and transformation.
  • Experience collaborating across teams, business units, and management groups.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in remote management and working with distributed teams.
  • Experience in ERP, supply chain and finance application areas, preferably with SAP and Microsoft platforms.
