Do you want to lead a team that helps improve healthcare every day? As Sales Manager Denmark at Mediq, you will take the lead in shaping how we grow our business, support our customers and deliver high-quality medical devices, healthcare products and services across Denmark. This is a role for a commercially strong and people-focused leader who enjoys building momentum, creating clarity and turning strategy into results.
You will lead a team of five Sales Professionals and be part of the Danish Sales Management team, reporting directly to the Sales Director in Mediq Denmark. Your impact will be felt through stronger customer partnerships, successful tender work, motivated colleagues and growth that supports better healthcare outcomes.
What you will lead
This role combines strategic sales leadership, market development and hands-on coaching. You will bring direction, energy and structure to the team while staying close to customers, market opportunities and commercial performance.
- Lead the sales and market access strategy together with the Sales Director.
- Strengthen relationships with municipalities, regions, retail customers and other key partners.
- Drive growth through market insight, tender opportunities, price agreements and strong value propositions.
- Work closely with Product Management and Sourcing to ensure a relevant and competitive product assortment.
- Lead, coach and develop five Sales Professionals, supporting engagement, performance and people development.
- Improve sales and proposal processes with focus on clarity, customer value and commercial results.
What you bring
You are an experienced sales leader who combines commercial drive with a genuine interest in people, customers and healthcare.
- Proven experience in a similar Sales Manager role, ideally within healthcare or medical device business with a strong track record of leading and developing sales teams.
- Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience and work with people empowerment.
- Experience with tender sales processes, both operationally and strategically.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- A structured, energetic and results-oriented working style.
- Fluency in Danish and English.
