Retail Sales Associate to PUMA

About the role

On behalf of PUMA, we are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join their team in Ringsted. The initial contract period is one month, with start as soon as possible and the possibility of extension.

You will become part of the daily operations in the store, where customer service, sales, and teamwork are at the center of everything you do. You will advise customers, support sales activities, replenish merchandise, and help ensure that both the sales floor and stockroom are always well organized.

The role combines customer interaction with operational responsibilities, making it well suited for someone who enjoys a varied workday, takes initiative, and is motivated by delivering a high level of service while contributing to the team's overall performance.

Work tasks

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store and stockroom in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards
• Ensure individual performance achieves or even exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective servicing of customers
• Assume responsibility for executing and processing incoming and outgoing merchandise
• Maintain a clean, organized and efficient stockroom while adhering to company standards and safety requirements
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor, including display shoes, pricing, labelling, and merchandising apparel.
• Organize and fill sales floor to maximize selling

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in a customer-facing environment, preferably within retail.
• Has completed high school or vocational education.
• Brings a strong sales mindset and enjoys working towards sales targets and KPIs.
• Is eager to learn about products, including their features, quality, care, and pricing.
• Communicates fluently in English and provides a high level of customer service.
• Is comfortable working with retail systems and POS technology.
• Works independently and manages time effectively.

It is meritorious if you have

• Knowledge of visual merchandising.
• Experience from sports, fashion, or lifestyle retail.
• The ability to communicate in a Scandinavian language.
