- Acting as a brand ambassador, ensuring correct and consistent use of BioMar’s visual identity across teams and markets
- Supporting and advising marketing colleagues globally to meet local needs while staying aligned with the global identity
- Adapting and versioning materials for different markets, ensuring relevance across cultures, languages, and contexts
- Planning and managing your own design tasks and projects, ensuring efficient workflows and timely delivery
Bring your creative mindset and strong design experience
We are looking for a designer who combines strong aesthetics with a structured approach and the ability to collaborate across stakeholders.
Must have:
- +5 years of experience from an agency or in-house marketing/design team
- Experience working with and developing within brand guidelines
- A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and branding across print and digital
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Knowledge of tools such as Premiere Pro or InCopy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) and familiarity with tools such as Canva
- Experience managing your own tasks and coordinating projects across stakeholders
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills to collaborate across functions and cultures
Nice to have:
- Experience with video or motion design
- Background from an international organization
- Additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, Danish, or French)
As a person, you:
- Have a strong eye for detail in typography, colour, and layout
- Take ownership of your tasks and ensure high-quality delivery
- Work in a structured and organised way, especially across multiple projects
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively as a strong team player across functions and cultures
- Thrive in a dynamic and project-driven environment, managing multiple tasks across different timeframes and markets
- Enjoy working in a global environment with diverse stakeholders
Why join BioMar?
At BioMar, you will work with design that is actively used across global markets and adapted to diverse contexts. You will be part of a collaborative Design Hub where both quality and the ability to work across stakeholders and markets are essential.
- Play a key role in a global Design Hub with high professional standards
- Work closely with marketing colleagues across continents and coordinate design tasks across stakeholders and markets
- Work in a role that combines creative design with planning, coordination, and collaboration across markets
- Be based at our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark or one of our international locations, working as part of a truly global organisation
- Contribute to a company committed to sustainability and innovation in food production
