Job Description:
As Manager, Infrastructure & Workplace services at Stark Group, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our infrastructure with a particular focus on Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, Entra ID, and IAM (Identity and Access Management). You will work closely with our IT teams, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure our solutions are scalable, secure, and future proof. You will also be a vital part of the continuous transition of mergers & acquisitions. You will work in IT Infrastructure and Operations, which consist of a SIAM team and an IT Sourcing & Vendor Management team. The Infrastructure & Workplace team will be a 3rd team, and currently consist of 9 skilled people, with competencies across infrastructure, Azure IaaS, AS400, workplace, Entra ID, IAM and security operations. Your team will have the service ownership for the services within infrastructure and workplace that include the responsibility for the full lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure services: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centers. Ensure that the infrastructure is scalable, secure, reliable and well managed both of Group IT and our vendors.
- Workplace Services: Drive the design and continuous improvement of endpoint devices, virtual desktops and collaboration tools.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure that infrastructure and workplace services comply with relevant security standards and regulations. Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization's data and IT assets.
- Security Operations: Steer and oversee our Security Operations Center. Drive the strong collaboration between BU’s, Group IT and the vendor.
- Budget: Develop and manage the Group IT infrastructure & workplace budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that spending is within budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize IT spending.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Infrastructure & Workplace team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of IT systems and services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Ensure that operations of our services are efficient and effective.
Qualifications:
- Relevant education in IT or equivalent experience.
- Strong infrastructure/workplace domain knowledge.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience
- Strong communication skills
