As our new Office Ambassador you'll join the People & Workplace team based in Copenhagen, reporting to Heidi, working to make Lunar's office a place people actually want to show up to.
What will you do?
Keep the Copenhagen office tidy, stocked, and running smoothly — from supplies and deliveries to minor maintenance
Prepare welcome kits and support new joiners on their first days, making sure they feel at home from day one
Assist with meetings, events, and anything the day throws at you — no two days look the same
Be the first face people see when they walk in, and the reason the office feels like a great place to be
What are we looking for in you?
Experience in a service, hospitality, or office environment — you know what it means to keep things running behind the scenes
Proactive and organised, with a steady head when tasks pile up
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your space
A can-do attitude and the kind of positive energy that makes a difference to the people around you
Confident communicating in English, our everyday company language
A few practical details: this is a fixed-term role for 1 year, working approximately 22–32 hours per week, typically 8 AM–4 PM on weekdays. The hourly pay is 140kr.
We're hiring two Office Ambassadors, with a preferred start date of mid-August.
