Plastic Surgeon (m/f/d)

As part of our international expansion, we are looking for a dedicated and ambitious Plastic Surgeon (m/f/d) to establish our successful lipedema treatment concept in Copenhagen, Denmark, and build a renowned private clinic together with us.

As a member of our team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of this highly specialized field, setting new standards in lipedema surgery through state-of-the-art techniques and a patient-centered approach.

Your Responsibilities

• Establish and develop a specialized private clinic in Copenhagen in close collaboration with our German holding company.
• Provide comprehensive patient care, including consultations, medical history assessments, diagnostics, and surgical treatment planning.
• Perform liposuction procedures and reconstructive surgery independently after completing structured training at our surgical headquarters in Munich, Germany.
• Manage patients throughout the entire treatment journey, including both outpatient and inpatient care before, during, and after surgery.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary specialists to provide holistic patient care.
• Contribute to scientific publications, educational events, and social media activities to increase awareness of lipedema.
• Become part of a Europe-wide network of leading experts in lipedema treatment, benefiting from outstanding medical expertise and continuous knowledge exchange.

Your Profile

• Board-certified Specialist in Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery.
• Ideally, experience in or a strong passion for lipedema surgery.
• Fluent in Danish and English with excellent communication skills; German language skills are an advantage.
• High level of empathy and commitment to outstanding patient care.
• Innovative, solution-oriented mindset with the ambition to achieve excellent clinical outcomes.
• Strong commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
