As Commercial & Technical Manager, you will play a central role in driving business growth within power system modelling and grid consultancy. Acting as the link between customers, engineering specialists, technical project managers and the commercial organization, you will develop strong client relationships, shape opportunities, and lead value-driven sales processes across international, project-based engagements. You will combine market insight, technical understanding, and commercial acumen to position our services effectively and secure high-value projects in a rapidly evolving energy sector.

The role involves close engagement in solution scoping and strategic dialogue around grid-compliance studies and plant-level power-system models for projects typically ranging from 10 MW to 600 MW, often in collaboration with TSOs and regulatory stakeholders.

As an individual contributor, you will succeed through your ability to create customer value, build trust-based partnerships, and align technical capabilities with commercial objectives. Working closely with delivery teams and specialists, you will ensure that solutions are not only technically feasible, but also commercially attractive and strategically positioned for long-term success.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive commercial growth and sales of grid consultancy services, including power system modelling, grid compliance studies, and strategic advisory offerings

  • Build and develop strong customer relationships by understanding business drivers, technical requirements, and project objectives to deliver commercially compelling solutions

  • Act as a trusted commercial and technical advisor to clients across renewable energy, data centers, and regulated power systems, supporting long-term partnerships and business opportunities internationally.
