Key Responsibilities
- Drive retail performance
- Analyse key operational and commercial KPIs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Translate data and insights into clear recommendations and actions.
- Support Retail leaders with performance insights and decision-making.
- Ensure strong performance follow-up
- Monitor and follow up on sales performance and key business metrics on a daily and weekly basis.
- Conduct monthly KPI reviews and performance analyses.
- Provide insights into store performance and financial results to support continuous improvement.
- Support financial planning processes
- Support forecasting, profitability analyses, and ongoing financial follow-up.
- Help ensure a strong commercial focus across the organization.
- Improve tools, processes, and ways of working
- Develop and optimize performance management tools and frameworks.
- Drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency and support an excellent customer experience.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate across Søstrene Grene
- Act as a trusted sparring partner for Retail leadership.
- Build strong relationships across functions such as Real Estate, Store Design, Franchise, and other business areas.
- Support strategic initiatives that strengthen our retail organization and future growth.
What we hope you bring
- Experience working with business performance, financial follow-up, or commercial analysis.
- Experience from a retail organization, either from headquarters or operations.
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience translating data into meaningful actions.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
- A structured and proactive approach to driving projects and improvements.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships across different functions and levels.
- Professional proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Curiosity, collaboration, and motivation to make a positive difference for both colleagues and customers.
