- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external customers, providing clear communication and progress updates.
- Develop project plans, risk assessments, and resource allocations to ensure smooth execution.

- Strong background in project management within high-tech or engineering environments (ideally in an industrial context)
- Experience with complex, multi-disciplinary projects, ideally in photonics, optics, or quantum technologies.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g. PRINCE or similar).
- A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel up to 10% annually, potentially globally
We want you to feel supported, both at work and outside it. Our benefits include:
- A 12% employer-paid pension contribution and health insurance.
- An annual bonus program.
- 25 days of paid vacation, plus five additional days once you have been with us for nine months.
- Access to thousands of courses through LinkedIn Learning.
- Wellbeing initiatives and an annual flu vaccination.
- Freshly prepared meals from our subsidised on-site canteen.
- Free parking at our Birkerød site.
- Social activities through our Employee Association.
