R&D Project Manager

Therefore, we are now looking for a strong project management profile for our R&D department.

You will be responsible for developing our future core products:

• Leading product development projects and other project-related activities through all phases of a traditional stage-gate model, including planning, expectation alignment, quality management, risk management, and change management.
• Engaging in close dialogue with all stakeholders, primarily internally within Körber Supply Chain DK.
• Ensuring effective project and team management, including maintaining oversight of financial and technical frameworks, creating project timelines, and reporting on project progress.

You will become an important part of an R&D function that is developing rapidly. Together with highly competent colleagues, you will have great opportunities to influence and improve our methods and processes.

Can you drive ideas from strategic intent to delivered value?

You are expected to hold an engineering degree, at least at bachelor level, and have built a strong theoretical foundation during your studies. In addition, you have gained experience as a project manager within an R&D function and understand what it takes to drive product development projects in a cross-functional environment. Experience with Prince2 methodologies is considered an advantage.

You thrive in a dynamic and sometimes fast-changing work environment and are able to maintain an overview even when things move quickly. You are structured, self-driven, and known for delivering high-quality work. To succeed in this role, it is essential that you have strong communication skills in both Danish and English, and that you can interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
