To support our growth journey, we are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist who enjoys combining sales execution with strong administrative coordination. If you like working directly with customers and partners in a fast‑moving environment, this could be a great fit.
You will report to our Sales Manager Europe, Hygienic Business, and become part of our European Active Key Sales team. The position can be based on either our Copenhagen office in Denmark or our Auerbach office in Germany. You will work closely with sales colleagues, IT resellers, and partners to bring our hygienic workplace solutions to market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and follow up on quotes and bids
- Handle OEM customer activities, including updating and coordinating the Solution Provider business
- Maintain pricing, bid information, and sales reports with distribution and resellers
- Onboard new resellers by providing digital support and relevant information
- Drive inside sales activities and ad-hoc requests from resellers and internal teams
- Manage the sales inbox and respond to incoming requests
- Collaborate across sales, marketing, and product teams to support growth
- Proactively monitor and manage regional tenders and projects in close collaboration with the Sales team and the manager.
Who We’re Looking For
A commercially minded sales professional who can work independently while collaborating closely with a European team. You’re comfortable navigating complex buying structures and focused on selling value, not just products.
You bring:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally from a similar role
- Proven experience engaging directly with end customers and channel partners
- Experience with quotes and pricing is a strong advantage
- A proactive mindset with solid analytical and planning skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels
- You speak and write English fluently, and you understand either German or French
- You can work from either our Denmark office in Copenhagen or from our German office in Auerbach.
