System Specialist - IBSuite Platform

About the role

We are looking for a versatile and proactive colleague to join our IBSuite platform – a niche insurance solution with a start-up character. The role requires both technical curiosity and business understanding, and you will have the chance to make a real impact. You will be a key part of a small team, working closely with the business and our vendor to keep the platform running smoothly, improve processes, and help shape its future.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the vendor and business teams to align technical solutions with real business needs
• Test and validate new solutions before rollout to ensure quality and user satisfaction
• Business analysis – analyze and document requirements for new functionalities
• Act as a trusted superuser and provide expert support to colleagues, helping resolve complex issues and sharing knowledge
• Perform data extractions using IQL and handle minor HTML and configuration adjustments (training provided)
• Contribute to platform development – by collaborating closely with the team and vendor

Who are you?

You also have:

• Experience with system administration or application support
• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into solutions
• Familiarity with data extraction (IQL) and basic HTML—or willingness to learn
• Understanding of insurance or financial services is a plus
• Comfortable working with vendors and internal stakeholders
