About the role
We are looking for a versatile and proactive colleague to join our IBSuite platform – a niche insurance solution with a start-up character. The role requires both technical curiosity and business understanding, and you will have the chance to make a real impact. You will be a key part of a small team, working closely with the business and our vendor to keep the platform running smoothly, improve processes, and help shape its future.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the vendor and business teams to align technical solutions with real business needs
- Test and validate new solutions before rollout to ensure quality and user satisfaction
- Business analysis – analyze and document requirements for new functionalities
- Act as a trusted superuser and provide expert support to colleagues, helping resolve complex issues and sharing knowledge
- Perform data extractions using IQL and handle minor HTML and configuration adjustments (training provided)
- Contribute to platform development – by collaborating closely with the team and vendor

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who enjoys learning, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to make a real impact. You do not need to know everything from day one—we’ll support your development—but you should be curious and ready to take ownership of the platform.
You also have:
- Experience with system administration or application support
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into solutions
- Familiarity with data extraction (IQL) and basic HTML—or willingness to learn
- Understanding of insurance or financial services is a plus
- Comfortable working with vendors and internal stakeholders
