We are currently expanding our footprint in the Nordics and are looking for a highly driven Sales Representative to lead our client acquisition efforts in Denmark.

Your Role

As a Mid/Senior Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our growth strategy in the Danish market. Your primary focus will be selling our premium IT Outsourcing Services and Team Extension services, helping Danish companies flexibly solve their technological challenges by providing them with top IT consultants (including our specialized pools in Go, Salesforce, AI/ML, and UX/UI).

Scope of responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients across Denmark who are in need of external IT specialists.
  • Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the end-to-end sales process—from lead generation and cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calling), through discovery calls and pitching, to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with C-level executives, CTOs, IT Directors, and Engineering Managers.
  • Cross-border Collaboration: Work closely with our robust Delivery and Recruitment teams based in Poland to ensure we provide the exact technical match for your clients' needs.
  • Market Strategy: Act as our local ambassador, providing insights on the Danish market to help tailor our value proposition.

Sought-after competences

  • Industry Experience: 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience at a Mid or Senior level, specifically within IT Staff Augmentation, IT Outsourcing, or Software Development services.
  • Local Presence: You must be physically based in Denmark with a strong understanding of the local business culture. An existing network of contacts in the Danish tech/corporate sector is a massive advantage.
  • Language Skills: Native or full professional proficiency in Danish is mandatory. Fluent English is required for daily communication with our international teams.
  • Tech-Savviness: A solid understanding of the IT landscape, software development life cycles, and modern tech stacks.
  • Mindset: Self-starter, highly proactive, resilient, and results-oriented. You thrive in an independent environment and know how to close deals.
