Test Automation Consultant

Tasks and Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that new and existing products and systems meet high quality standards through structured testing, including both automated and functional tests. While the role has a strong technical focus, you should also expect to perform a significant amount of functional testing where needed. Previous hands-on experience with Leapwork is essential to be successful in this role.

• Analyse requirements, define acceptance criteria, and prepare test cases
• Execute tests
• Create and run technical test scripts
• Develop and utilise automated tests
• Advise colleagues and external partners on new and updated products and services
• Investigate production incidents
• Review supplier documentation

Qualifications and Expectations

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of systems and typically a relevant IT education or equivalent experience. You should have several years of experience in testing and preferably knowledge of Leapwork. Skills in communication, process focus, structure, analysis, AI, and an orientation towards development are key, along with the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously. You should be results-oriented and able to work independently.

Main Requirements:

• 3+ years in test automation roles
• Strong communication skills (English is mandatory, Danish is a plus)
• Consultant mindset and customer focus
• Solid technical understanding
• Strong testing skills (manual & automation)
• ISTQB certification preferred
• Experience working in regulated environments
• Hands-on experience with Leapwork, Playwright, Tosca Tricentis
• HP ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps expertise
• Self-driven and able to work independently at client sites
• Having Pharma industry experience is a plus
