Nordan Marine A/S is looking for a Finance Manager to join our Finance department.
Become part of our finance function and contribute to strengthening operational stability, improving cost control, and enhancing financial transparency across the business, while supporting the ongoing integration with DESMI. The role plays a key part in establishing robust reporting processes, enabling a service- and project-driven business model, and ensuring that management has access to reliable financial insights that support effective decision-making and performance management.
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
- Oversee payroll, accounting processes, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor project profitability, service margins, and operational performance.
- Support pricing, cost control, and business performance analysis.
- Provide management reporting, KPIs, and decision-support insights.
- Ensure compliance, internal controls, and group reporting requirements.
- Manage credit risk and financial governance activities.
- Coordinate ERP integration projects and drive finance process digitalization.
- Maintain reliable financial data and reporting structures to support business growth.
Skills and Qualifications:
Professional Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Experience in a finance, controlling, or accounting role with responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Strong hands-on experience with financial controlling, analysis, and management reporting.
- Experience from a project- or service-based business environment is an advantage.

- Analytical, structured, and execution-oriented.
- Able to balance operational tasks with tactical and business-focused priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across management teams and group functions.
The Finance Manager will act as a trusted business partner to the Managing Director and operational management team, helping translate financial insights into actions that improve profitability, efficiency, and growth.
The role works closely with the Managing Director and Operations Manager on budgeting, reporting, and business performance, while partnering with the Service, Projects, and Sales teams to support forecasting, pricing, project profitability, and pipeline management. In addition, the position is responsible for overseeing the dunning process and serves as a key liaison with DESMI Finance and DESMI IT to ensure effective financial communication, reporting, and ERP/BI system integration.
