Hello Retail is growing its sales team, and we are looking for a Senior Account Executive to own new business in the Danish market. You will run the full sales cycle, from qualified opportunity to closed partnership, for prospective ecommerce clients in Denmark. Your pipeline will come from a mix of sources: opportunities you generate through your own prospecting and outbound work, inbound leads from marketing, and qualified meetings booked by our BDR team. This is a senior role that sits at the core of our new business engine and offers a direct impact on the growth of our home market.
What you will work on
Running the full sales cycle from discovery to close for ecommerce businesses across Denmark
Taking part ownership of prospecting and outbound activities, generating a meaningful share of your own pipeline through structured outreach
Owning larger and more complex deals, and managing senior stakeholder relationships with prospective clients
Delivering tailored product demos that connect Hello Retail’s platform to each prospect’s goals
Building and managing a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities across self-sourced, marketing and BDR-generated channels
Working closely with BDRs and marketing to sharpen messaging, targeting and outbound plays for the region
Negotiating and closing commercial agreements with new clients
Maintaining clean and accurate deal records in our CRM (Pipedrive)
Who we are looking for
Native Danish speaker with strong written and verbal English
Commercially sharp and genuinely curious about ecommerce and retail technology
Proven track record of closing new business as an Account Executive in a B2B sales role
A proactive hunter who is comfortable prospecting and running your own outbound alongside working inbound and BDR-sourced opportunities
Experienced with longer, more complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
Organized and data-driven, comfortable working with a CRM and tracking your own performance
Based in Denmark and willing to work from our office in Copenhagen; you thrive in a collaborative office environment
