Are you passionate about combining commercial responsibility with product expertise in some of our most important Nordic markets?
We are looking for a Sales and Product Responsible to join VERO MODA and help drive growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and develop our business across Sweden and Finland during a maternity cover period.
YOUR TEAM
You will join the Northen Sales Team at VERO MODA, a group of 8 colleagues all focused on ensuring our markets have the right products and insights to drive strong results. THE JOB
Your primary responsibility will be to support the success of Sweden and Finland through commercial analysis, assortment planning and sales support. By turning sales performance, stock development and market insights into concrete actions, you will help ensure the right product package and maximise sales opportunities across wholesale, retail and cross-border online channels.
As a key member of the sales team, you will work closely with the sales teams in Sweden and Finland, sales coordinators and the buying team in Denmark. Together, you will shape assortments, secure product availability and identify opportunities to improve sales performance across both markets.
More specifically, your tasks will include:
- Acting as a key point of contact for the sales team across Sweden and Finland, providing daily support and ensuring smooth collaboration
- Following up on orders with the buying team, ensuring the right colours, sizes, deliveries, and minimum quantities
- Collaborating with buying and design teams to adapt collections to market needs, including initiating and following up on local styles
- Participating in customer meetings with key accounts and supporting collection meetings, sales presentations and seasonal activities
- Monitoring order placement, deliveries and product availability to optimise turnover and maximise sales opportunities across channels

You are a structured and analytical professional who enjoys turning insights into action. You thrive in a role where follow-up, coordination and commercial understanding go hand in hand. With a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership, you build relationships across stakeholders and ensure that tasks are followed through and delivered with a high level of quality.
We imagine that you:
- Have experience from a similar role within sales, buying, merchandising or product management, preferably within the fashion industry
- Have an analytical mindset and enjoy working with sales figures, product performance and market insights to support commercial decisions
- Are structured and detail-oriented
- Have a commercial understanding of products, assortments and market needs, and are motivated by optimising performance through data and insights
- Have a genuine interest in fashion and trends, as well as a strong product understanding and curiosity for what drives customer demand and sales performance
- Are proficient in English and comfortable working in an international environment
