We are looking for a new Business support apprentice to join our Business support team in our Hub located at Copenhagen Airport. Read more and apply here..
Your Role
During your two-year apprenticeship, you will work closely with a team of seven dedicated colleagues and rotate across four key business areas:
- Service Quality – Work with KPIs, Balanced Scorecards, performance reporting, data collection, and root cause analysis
- Continuous Improvement - Learn DHL’s First Choice methodology, support Lean-inspired improvements, and help drive sustainable performance
- Quality Management Systems - Assist with ISO processes and DHL’s internal quality systems
- Health and Safety - Support HSE processes, safety initiatives, and compliance activities
In year one, you will gain experience across all four areas. In year two, you will specialize based on your interests and strengths.
You will also attend school for 7–12 weeks depending on your elective courses. To work at DHL, you must present a clean police record and pass an enhanced background check.
Your Qualifications
- Completed HHX, STX, HTX or similar education
- Previous work experience is an advantage
- Structured, analytical, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working with data and asking questions
- Strong communication skills and a humble, open mindset
- Fluent in Danish and strong English skills (spoken and written)
- Strong IT user with interest in data visualization
- Solid experience with MS Office
- Ability to adapt quickly when priorities shift
- Enjoy working with people and collaborating across all levels
