Lead Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI & Data Platform)

Simple is a next-generation platform and intelligence provider for family offices and private investors.

Purpose of this role

To lead the development of Simple’s next-generation platform, integrating AI, data, and tools that power the future of family offices. Also, maintain and expand the existing internal tools.

Outcomes

• Deliver a scalable, reliable, and secure AI & data-driven platform used daily by family office executives.
• Ensure smooth execution of new product features, integrations, and updates across Simple’s web and internal tools.
• Translate strategic product vision into fast, high-quality shipping cycles.
• Build robust data systems that enable insights, workflows, and automation.
• Support some of our legacy systems and plan the transition.

Accountability

• A bit of a mini-CTO type role. Full ownership of platform engineering: architecture, build, testing, deployment, and performance.
• Accountability for execution speed and product quality.
• Guarding system security, data integrity, and compliance readiness.

• Immediate: Lead engineer on a high-visibility, AI-driven product shaping the family office ecosystem.
• 2–3 years: Evolve into Engineering team lead track, driving Simple’s full tech roadmap.
• Mastery required: successful product roadmap and launch, scalable data architecture, AI integrations, and building execution-focused teams.
