Team Leader - Production Test Development

The role

We are looking for a senior test engineer who will also double as team leader for the production test development engineers.

We work in an industry on the path to industrialization. We have a high mix and low volume, deep tech portfolio therefore we are innovative in our approach to implement testing schemes meeting both product requirements and available hardware.

You will work on new development projects, ensuring consistency with current test portfolio, and together with the test designer and product responsible, design and code new test programs.

Part of the job will be making sure that the deliverables are aligned with our stakeholders regarding timing and content.

You will support our production environment by securing minimum downtime and optimizing test routines to ensure products of high quality and reproducibility.

Together with the rest of the team, you will continuously support our test framework and drive continuous improvement across our test programs.

What do we expect of you?

You have production test development experience, preferably in an industrial setting.

You have strong competencies in TestStand, LabVIEW, general instrumentation, and signal analysis.

Experience in MS-SQL database integration is considered a plus.

We prefer that you hold a degree in engineering.

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
