Service Technician

We are looking for a responsible, independent, and hands-on Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation and maintenance of all production systems. You will play a key role in keeping our facilities running efficiently by performing maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, and coordinating service activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the operation and maintenance of production systems, including:
• Ventilation systems
• Feeding systems
• Grain transport systems
• Slurry systems
• Production equipment and inventory
• Diagnose and repair system breakdowns and technical faults.
• Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled service activities.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance and service work.
• Order spare parts, grain, and other necessary supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure the availability of critical components.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Work independently while coordinating with colleagues, suppliers, and service partners when required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of technical or production systems.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Reliable, responsible, and proactive approach to work.
• Valid driver's license.
• Good English or Danish(or good English and willing to learn Danish)  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with equipment and systems from Big Dutchman, SKOV, or similar manufacturers is a significant advantage.
• Experience within agricultural, livestock, or industrial production environments is highly desirable.
