About DAIS
DAIS (Digital Asset Integrity Solutions) is a dynamic business unit with approximately 50 employees, delivering innovative digital products and services—primarily to the wind industry, but also to nuclear, oil & gas, and space sectors. Our solutions help ensure product quality and operational excellence for our customers.
About the role and key responsibilities
As Sales Director, you will have overall responsibility for the sales of all products and services in DAIS. Your mission is to contribute to the transformation of the business unit with a focus on increased profitability and commercialization of new business areas. You will play a key role in driving sales strategy, pipeline management, and developing an experienced team.
Your key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for DAIS’ product and service portfolio, including proactive sales and maintenance of existing customer relationships
- Ensure that sales processes and pipeline management support DAIS’ strategic goals and compliance requirements
- Lead and motivate the sales team, set targets, follow up on KPIs, and ensure competence development
- Participate in the development and launch of new products and services in close collaboration with R&D and management
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare sales budgets, forecasts, and report to management

You will be based at our headquarters in Brøndby, conveniently located close to the highway, and you will report directly to Esben Gullitz Christensen, Executive Vice President.
Your profile
- Minimum 5 years of B2B experience in sales and leadership, preferably from the technical industry (wind & energy)
- Documented experience in growing business under complex market conditions
- Strong skills in change management, stakeholder management, and contract management
- Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken. German is an advantage
- Technical educational background (e.g., mechanical, electrical, or software engineering), possibly supplemented with an MBA or other leadership education.
