Do you want to turn data into decisions that shape the performance of some of Copenhagen’s most distinctive hotels?

As Revenue Manager at Bellagroup, you’ll work across Copenhagen Marriott Hotel, AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen and Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers - turning insight into commercial action in a role close to both strategy and daily business.

Your role

You will join a close-knit team of three other colleagues, acting as a vital bridge across the wider organization. Your role will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will help optimize top-line performance across our hotels, supporting total revenue targets and business growth.

Your tasks will include:

  • Leading price and inventory management
  • Driving budgeting and yield forecasting for volumes and total hotel performance
  • Monitoring competitor pricing and market trends
  • Developing and implementing long-term revenue management strategies
  • Strengthening cross-team alignment and promoting a performance-driven culture

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills combined with sharp business instinct

  • A data-focused educational background - perhaps within Economics, Finance, Statistics, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English, as English is our corporate language
  • Prior experience within revenue management, ideally within the hospitality industry, is a distinct advantage, but not a strict requirement
