Who are we?
FLA Leadership is a nonprofit leadership accelerator working to increase cognitive diversity in top management. We develop aspiring talents early in their careers by inspiring, educating, and connecting them with the right network. Through our academies, community, and global engagement, we empower young leaders to step confidently into their first leadership role.
Since launching our first Academy in 2020, we have supported more than 10,000 students and professionals in accelerating their leadership journeys. Our mission is simple: to democratize leadership opportunities and increase diversity in top management.
The Team
You’ll join our Expansion Team, a group of passionate young professionals volunteering at FLA to deliver high-quality leadership expansion initiatives, marketing campaigns, and community-building activities. You’ll also collaborate with other FLA teams across Denmark and Europe.
The Role
As our Expansion Marketing Project Manager, you’ll help plan and deliver marketing efforts connected to FLA’s Leadership Expansion initiatives, one of FLA’s main growth and outreach areas. You’ll be involved in:
- Developing and coordinating marketing plans for new city launches, university collaborations, leadership events, and community initiatives
- Creating and coordinating content for social media, newsletters, event promotion, partner communication, website updates, and launch materials
- Structuring marketing tasks, timelines, and responsibilities to ensure campaigns are delivered on time
- Ensuring all expansion-related communication follows FLA’s tone of voice, visual identity, mission, and brand positioning
- Tracking performance across reach, engagement, sign-ups, applications, and other relevant indicators to identify what works and improve future campaigns
You’ll also work closely with other teams, including Eline Gernow, the Expansion Team, and the Marketing Team, to ensure alignment and visibility of FLA’s expansion activities within the wider FLA network.

Time Commitment
Approximately 5-10 hours per week, depending on the workload and project scope. This may vary during campaign launches, events, and expansion periods.
