Student Assistant Performance & Products (Operations)

More about the role

You will report to the Head of Performance & Products and work closely within a team of five (including you and your manager). While based in Copenhagen, you will also collaborate with colleagues across the globe.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support the Product & Performance team in delivering on Svitzer’s strategic priorities.
• Take ownership of and coordinate projects within operations that improve processes and systems.
• Analyse operational data to generate performance insights.
• Build an understanding of Svitzer’s business and operational requirements to support performance management.

Ideally, you:

• Hold a valid visa and work permit for Denmark.
• Are actively enrolled in a relevant university programme (e.g. Business, Engineering, Maritime Studies or similar).
• Are fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Are proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to take initiative.
• Have an analytical mindset and are comfortable working with data and digital tools. (experience with Power BI or Python is an advantage, not a requirement).
• Collaborate well with colleagues across different teams and cultures.
