Customer Success Manager
Take ownership of the customer journey and help shape how Customer Success evolves in an ambitious technology company.
Shape Customer Experiences and Delivery Excellence
As Customer Success Manager at Claviate, you become the primary point of contact following the sales process, ensuring a seamless transition from onboarding to successful project delivery. As this is a newly established role, you have a unique opportunity to shape how Customer Success evolves while helping establish scalable ways of working, strengthen delivery quality and create a more consistent approach to project delivery as Claviate continues to grow.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the trusted advisor and primary customer contact throughout implementation and project delivery
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations
- Building and maintaining trusted, long-term partnerships.
- Managing feedback, challenges and escalations while ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements, product enhancements and additional value
- Supporting the continued professionalisation of customer-facing processes and governance structures
Based at Claviate's headquarters in Aarhus, you report directly to the COO and work closely with customers and colleagues across the organisation. Travel activity is limited and expected to be approximately 10–20 days annually.
Customer-Focused, Structured and Solution-Oriented
We imagine that you bring experience from a similar customer-facing role within a software, SaaS or technology-driven organisation.
You thrive in a role where customer success, project coordination and stakeholder management go hand in hand. You are naturally curious, quick to understand new technologies and capable of translating technical concepts into meaningful value.
Furthermore, you:
- Have experience managing relationships throughout implementation and delivery processes
- Communicate effectively with both technical specialists and business stakeholders
- Possess strong project coordination and organisational skills
- Take ownership and drive activities forward independently and proactively
- Balance customer advocacy with commercial and operational priorities
- Are comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where processes continue to evolve
Professional fluency in English is required. German and/or Spanish language skills are considered an advantage – and Danish is not required.
Join Claviate at an Exciting Stage of Growth
This is an opportunity to influence how a fast-growing technology company builds long-term client partnerships while helping shape a function that will become increasingly important as Claviate continues its international expansion.
You will:
- Work closely with management and colleagues
- Collaborate with highly skilled technical specialists
- Influence how feedback is translated into better products, processes and service delivery.
Join a fast-growing technology company where your contribution has a visible impact on the business and its customers.
