Student Assistant in Marketing

Are you a detail-oriented student with an interest in digital marketing, content creation, and data analysis? Do you want to gain experience working with websites, social media, newsletters, and online content? Evosep is looking for a proactive Student Assistant to support our Marketing team with a variety of tasks across digital channels and marketing operations.

About the role

As a Student Assistant in Marketing, you will play an important role in maintaining and enhancing Evosep’s digital presence. You will gain hands-on experience with marketing tools and platforms while supporting ongoing campaigns, content creation, reporting, and lead-generation activities. Weekly working hours will be approximately 8-10 hours, and the role is based at our headquarters in Odense.

Key tasks and responsibilities

Website:

• Maintain and update Evosep’s website and mobile experience
• Support SEO optimization initiatives
• Provide general marketing support as needed

Email marketing:

• Distribute biweekly newsletters through Mailchimp
• Import, update, and maintain email audiences and mailing lists

Marketing materials

• Create A5 flyers and other promotional materials in Canva for webinars, campaigns, and events
• Print and prepare Evosep welcome materials for product shipments

Reporting and analytics

• Monitor social media performance and update reporting spreadsheets
• Track Google Analytics metrics and maintain reporting dashboards

YouTube and video content

• Create engaging YouTube titles and video descriptions
• Design YouTube thumbnails
• Assist with subtitles and captions for video content

Lead generation and quizzes

• Create, schedule, and maintain seasonal quizzes using Riddle
• Support lead collection and management through marketing platforms

Additional Projects

• Support the Marketing team with various ad hoc tasks and special projects

Qualifications

We imagine that you:

• Are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communication, Business, Digital Media, or a related field
• Are eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions
• Have strong attention to detail
• Are comfortable working with Excel and digital tools
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Can work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Familiarity working with Canva and social media platforms is a plus
