About the Role
As Quality Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that our cookies consistently meet the highest standards. You will act as a link between production operators and the quality department, supporting both teams in all aspects of quality control within the production environment.
Your daily work will primarily take place on the production floor, where you will collaborate closely with colleagues to uphold the quality requirements set by our customers, industry standards, and regulatory authorities.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with production colleagues to ensure that our products are manufactured in compliance with food safety, hygiene, legal, and customer requirements — and that proper documentation is maintained.
- Provide hands-on training and ongoing support to production operators in process and product control procedures.
- Participate actively in root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions in case of deviating products, packaging or raw materials - or other production challenges.
- Maintain and update quality and food safety instructions in the quality management system to ensure compliance with BRCGS standards and specific customer requirements.
- Conduct internal audits in the production and verify that quality control records are completed according to established procedures and instructions.
You will report to the Quality Site Lead in Ribe.

With solid knowledge of quality assurance processes, you take pride in helping deliver high-quality cookies and biscuits to our customers. You understand the principles of quality assurance and collaborate effectively with both production teams and management. You’re skilled at identifying patterns in production workflows and can communicate clearly when changes are needed.
You work in a structured and independent manner, follow up on improvement initiatives, and contribute to continuous development. You are confident in cross-functional communication and excel at building positive and professional relationships across teams. Fluency in spoken and written Danish is required.
Furthermore, we expect that you:
- Are a cooperative team player who maintain a clear overview – even during busy workdays.
- Are open and supportive, recognizing that success depends on strong collaboration.
- Take ownership of your responsibilities and focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Are motivated by building strong working relationships and can navigate across all levels of the organization.
- Contribute actively to a positive and service-minded team atmosphere.
