We partner with developers, architects, interior designers, hospitality operators, workplace specialists and real estate stakeholders to deliver residential, hospitality, office and mixed-use projects around the world.
As we continue to strengthen our B2B footprint across the APAC region, we are looking for a commercially driven B2B Business Development Manager to join our Global B2B team.
The role can be based either at BoConcept's Copenhagen headquarters or from a home office in a strategically located APAC location that provides efficient access to key markets across the region. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships and supporting the continued growth of our project business across APAC.
Working closely with regional teams, franchise partners and key industry stakeholders, you will help position BoConcept as a preferred partner for premium interior solutions and large-scale furnishing projects.

The Role
This is a strategic and hands-on business development role focused on accelerating BoConcept's B2B growth across APAC.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, expanding client relationships and converting projects from early-stage dialogue through successful implementation. Acting as a trusted commercial partner, you will connect client needs with BoConcept's design expertise, premium product offering and project capabilities while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders throughout the customer journey.
The position is part of BoConcept's Global B2B organization and offers a unique opportunity to help shape our regional growth strategy while building relationships with some of the most influential stakeholders across the design, real estate and hospitality sectors.
Regular travel throughout APAC is expected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM, ensuring high-quality data, accurate reporting and full pipeline visibility.
  • Identify, prospect and develop new B2B opportunities across APAC.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, hospitality operators, corporate clients and other key decision-makers.
  • Drive the entire business development process from lead generation and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, closing and follow-up.
  • Prepare compelling commercial proposals, presentations and quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with franchise partners, stores and regional stakeholders to maximize project opportunities and ensure successful execution.
  • Monitor pipeline performance, conversion rates and sales KPIs to support continuous improvement and growth.
  • Represent BoConcept at industry events, design fairs, networking activities and relevant trade exhibitions across the region.
  • Monitor market developments, competitive activity and emerging opportunities within the APAC project and contract furniture market.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded relationship builder who thrives in an international environment and enjoys creating long-term business partnerships.
Ideally, you bring:

  • 6+ years of experience in business development, sales or commercial roles across international markets.
  • Strong hands-on experience working with HubSpot CRM, including pipeline management, lead tracking, reporting and forecasting.
  • Experience within furniture, interior design, lifestyle, hospitality, real estate or other project-based industries.
  • An established network across APAC, including developers, architects, designers, hospitality groups and other relevant industry stakeholders.
  • A demonstrated track record of identifying, developing and converting business opportunities into commercial success.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships across cultures, functions and business partners.
  • A proactive, structured and self-driven approach to your work.
  • Strong commercial acumen combined with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
