We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Sales Manager (Spain & Portugal) to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across the Spanish and Portuguese markets, developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the continued growth of our Nordic destinations’ portfolio. You will work as part of a collaborative, international team, creating memories that last a lifetime for our clients and their customers.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for Spain and Portugal in alignment with company objectives.
  • Deliver agreed sales targets, revenue budgets, and KPIs.
  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, trade fairs, and sales visits.
  • Manage and grow key accounts within the market.
  • Build strong relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, wholesalers, coach operators, and other strategic partners.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Contracting teams to ensure competitive and attractive product offerings.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and client information in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, workshops, and destination training.
  • Represent Tour Partner Group at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence.
  • Support the Director of Sales in forecasting and budget planning.

Your profile: Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B travel sales, preferably within the tourism, DMC, tour operator, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Nordic travel market and destinations, including Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, and the Faroe Islands.
  • Knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese travel trade landscape and distribution channels.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English. Portuguese would be considered an advantage.
  • Experience developing and managing key accounts.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to identify market trends and translate them into commercial opportunities.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Spain, Portugal, and the Nordics.
