At Everllence, we are on a mission to support the maritime industry's transition towards a more sustainable future. We are looking for a Commercial Project Manager to join the management team of Retrofit & Upgrade Products.

In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to leadership, helping prioritize opportunities, allocate resources, and maximize business value creation. Your mission will be to help ensure that we focus our efforts where they create the greatest value for our customers and the strongest financial return for the business.

We see great growth opportunities across our retrofit business. The key is knowing where to invest our time and resources to create the greatest impact. In this role, you will use data and commercial insights to help shape priorities and drive business growth.

You will play an important role in:

• Driving strategic and commercial analyses to support management decision-making
• Identifying growth opportunities across products, markets, customers, and business areas
• Building business cases and financial models to evaluate new opportunities and investments
• Developing frameworks for prioritization and portfolio management across the department
• Leading value-creating projects from idea generation through implementation and measurable business impact
• Assessing which projects, products, and initiatives should receive resources based on business impact, profitability, and strategic fit
• Monitoring performance through dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting
• Facilitating strategic discussions and decision-making within the management team

We imagine that you:

• Hold a Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Strategy, Industrial Economics, or a related field, or bring equivalent relevant experience
• Bring experience from business development, management consulting, strategy, finance, or another analytical environment
• Possess strong analytical and quantitative capabilities
• Have a strong commercial mindset and focus on profitability, growth, and value creation

About the team

You will join an ambitious and international organization responsible for developing retrofit and upgrade solutions that help customers improve vessel performance, reduce emissions, and support the green transition of the maritime industry.

The management team of Retrofit & Upgrade, Products consists of five department managers and two Commercial Project Managers. Together, we are a diverse team of professionals working closely with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to deliver the best experience for our customers and strong business results.
