Become an Official for the International B5 Tournament

About the event:

On October 24 and 25, 2026, the international Baseball5 tournament Aarhus Invitational 2026 will be held in Vejlby-Risskov-Hallerne (Hall 3). Baseball5 is a fast-paced, action-packed "street version" of baseball, where some of Europe's absolute best teams fight for victory. To make the games run perfectly, we need a team of dedicated Game Officials - both on the field and at the referee's table.

What is the task about?

You can choose to contribute in one (or both) of the following roles:

• Field Official: Refers matches directly on the field and ensures that the game is played fairly and according to the rules.
• Table Official / Scorekeeper: Keeps score, keeps track of match schedules, scorecards and time at the table.

Who are you?

• You are interested in sports, like to keep an overview and want to try your hand at the role of referee and official.
• You do not need any prior experience with Baseball5! We will be holding a short introductory course on Friday, October 23rd, where you will learn all the rules and procedures you need.
• You are ready to make an effort on Saturday the 24th and/or Sunday the 25th of October.
