About the role

The qualified individual will be responsible for managing a team of Microsoft Fabric/PowerBI developers, designing, implementing, and continuously optimizing the multi-tenant enterprise business analytical suite.

This individual will be a strategic and technical lead in defining data models, building robust ETL/ELT pipelines, and ensuring the availability of high-quality data across multiple enterprises.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand analytics requirements and deliver trusted data assets that power decision-making across all levels of the organization.

This is a full-time position based primarily onsite in Odense, Denmark, with the flexibility for occasional work-from-home days.

What we are looking for

Must-have: Solid experience with CI/CD and multi-tenant environments in Microsoft Fabric
Experience with Medalion Architecture and Incremental Updates in Microsoft Fabric
Experience in data warehousing, data architecture, or a related field
Experience developing and maintaining logical and physical data model
Experience designing and/or implementing ETL/ELT processes and data integration strategies
Strong understanding of data governance, MDM, metadata management, and data quality frameworks
Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in mentoring and knowledge-sharing within cross-functional teams
