Join LEO Pharma as a Student Assistant in Global Medical Affairs, where you’ll support key processes across our organization and help us deliver value to healthcare professionals and patients worldwide.
This role is tailored for a pharmaceutical or life science student who wants to gain insight into real-world medical affairs. You will support scientific projects and documentation related to healthcare professional (HCP) engagement and compliance.
Preferred skills:
- Ongoing studies in pharmacy, biomedicine, or a related field
- Strong analytical and scientific understanding
- Detail-oriented and structured approach to documentation
- Interest in medical writing, compliance, and data integrity
This position offers a great opportunity to understand the intersection between science, regulation, and communication in a global setting.
Your key responsibilities
As Student Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our GMA-teams with administrative and operational tasks, including:
- Archiving contracts in LEO systems and supporting the management of HCP invoices
- Providing ad hoc support to teams across GMA, including HCP-engagement and compliance activities
- Uploading and maintaining content on the GMA SharePoint site
- Supporting internal and external communication tasks, including coordination with agencies and stakeholders
- Assisting primarily the Stakeholder Partnership team, while also supporting other GMA-teams as needed
What we are looking for
We are looking for a motivated and structured student who thrives in an international environment and enjoys working collaboratively with diverse teams. You have:
- Good MS Office and general IT skills
- A basic understanding of human biology and the pharmaceutical industry
- An eye for detail and a proactive mindset
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)

You are curious, organized, and eager to learn. You enjoy supporting others, take ownership of your tasks, and can balance multiple assignments while keeping a positive attitude. You bring energy and structure to your work, and you’re motivated by contributing to a meaningful purpose helping patients around the world.
Educational background
You have completed your General Upper Secondary education and are currently pursuing a relevant university degree related to Human Health, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or Innovation.
