IT Strategy Student Assistant to NextTech Transformation Management Office (TMO)

About the role | Strategic execution meets tech transformation

In your role as a Student Assistant in the NextTech TMO, you will have the opportunity to grow and learn across multiple areas such as transformation management, IT & digital strategy execution, as well as project management, all while supporting the execution of the transformation agenda.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the overall IT strategy process, developing various strategic analyses as well as tracking and reporting progress
• Creating clear and compelling visual communication for top management
• Managing independent workstreams with guidance from the team
• Supporting the team in ad-hoc tasks
• Working as a team-member on IT projects with strategic importance for Tryg

The expected workload is approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility around exam periods.

• Excellent attention to detail and approach tasks in a structured manner
• Any prior experience in similar jobs or organizations is an advantage but not essential

Finally, to be a key candidate, you have a high level of personal integrity, which makes you good at maintaining a high degree of trust and confidentiality. You master PowerPoint and Excel and have brilliant communication skills in written and oral English.

The NextTech Transformation Management Office drives the execution of Tryg’s largest transformation program - NextTech. The aim is to simplify our IT-landscape, optimize Nordic synergies, and be prepared to meet the challenges and expectations of the future, especially when it comes to new technologies and ways of working.

As a Student Assistant, you will work directly with an ambitious team with backgrounds from tier-one consultancies (e.g., McKinsey & BCG), Big 4 (e.g.Deloitte, PwC) and other C25 companies.

You’ll become part of a skilled and driven team with a strong focus on personal and professional development, inspired by a consultancy-style feedback culture. In other words, we’ll help you start building your toolbox while you’re still a student.
