Your role and responsibilities
As Product Owner – CRM in Group Digitalization, you will:
- Own and manage the CRM product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on value, feasibility, and strategic importance.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Gather and refine requirements from stakeholders across the organization.
- Define clear acceptance criteria and ensure features meet quality standards.
- Monitor progress, adjust priorities, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
This role is anchored in the Group Digitalization Department and reports to the Head of Digital Products. It plays a key role in shaping how we engage with customers across the DLG Group.

As Product Owner – CRM, you will play a pivotal role in delivering measurable business value by. Together with your dedicated colleagues in the Digitalization department we expect you to have a clear focus on:
- Enhancing Customer Engagement: Designing and implementing tailored CRM solutions that deepen customer relationships and boost satisfaction.
- Driving Data-Driven Decisions: Empowering sales, marketing, and service teams with actionable insights through integrated data and analytics.
- Optimizing Operational Efficiency: Streamlining internal workflows to reduce complexity, accelerate time-to-market, and improve cross-functional collaboration.
- Aligning with Strategic Objectives: Ensuring CRM capabilities directly support DLG’s long-term vision and strategic business goals.
- Building for Scalability and Innovation: Creating a flexible, future-ready CRM ecosystem that supports sustainable growth and fosters innovation across the organization.
What you bring
You are a strategic and hands-on Product Owner who thrives in agile environments and can translate business needs into impactful digital solutions. You likely have solid experience in a Product Owner role or a similar position, ideally working with CRM systems. Your strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management enables you to navigate complex projects with confidence. You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, allowing you to align diverse teams and drive progress effectively.
Your ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is complemented by your familiarity with product management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. An analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities are key strengths, and fluency in English is essential, while knowledge of German and/or Danish would be a valuable asset.
