Your Responsibilities and Key Tasks:
- Responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for NGI DriveTech within your market, ensuring both growth and customer satisfaction.
- Driving market growth by developing new customer relationships and expanding existing ones.
- Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, closing, and follow-up.
- Activating new customers and supporting NGI’s goal to double the Scandinavian customer base within the next year.
- Presenting DriveTech’s products and solutions with strong technical insight and commercial impact.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and reselling, ensuring long-term customer partnership.
- Cooperating closely with internal teams in Sales Support and Application Engineering.
- Maintaining structured use of CRM tools and contributing to data-driven decision-making.
- Participating in fairs, customer visits, and industry events (approx. 40+ travel days per year).
You have:
- A technical or commercial education, preferably a bachelor’s degree in technology management, Marine Engineering, or a similar field, combined with 3–5 years of experience in B2B technical sales, ideally within mechanical or automation industries.
- Strong technical understanding of systems such as conveyor belts, drum motors, and control systems, enabling you to match complex customer needs with effective solutions.
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken, and comfort using modern IT tools, including MS Office and CRM systems (Microsoft 365 or similar).
